MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) The Secretary SERRA Sardar Muhammad Farooq Tabusam has visited to two under construction projects of Reconstruction Program of AJK government on Thursday. The Secretary inspected the Extension Management Services Academy (ESMA) and Rural Health Center at Gharhi Dupatta and directed for inclusion of the project of Mosque, multi- purpose hall and water tank in next Annual Development Program (ADP). The Secretary also directed that contractors and construction companies that completed the projects on time and according to specification should be given more contracts and those who fail to fulfill their contractual obligation should be black listed for participating in future biddings. Speaking on the occasion he further said that all required funds for the projects of reconstruction program are being released and directed the contractors to submit their bills to relevant District Reconstruction Unit (DRUs) for the payment. The Secretary SERRA accompanied by Program Manager DRU Muzaffarabad, Bader Muneer, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Mukhtar Qurashi and Engineer NESPAK Waqar Baig, Directed the contractors of the two projects to add more experts manpower for early completion of the projects.
