Rawalpindi: A rickshaw driver was gunned down in a firing incident within the jurisdiction of Peer Wadhai police. According to media reports, Irfan, son of the victim lodged a complaint with local police that his father, Dervaish Khan, 50, rickshaw driver by profession, was sleeping in his drawing room. All of a sudden family members heard the voice of firing and rushed to the drawing room. They saw their father was lying in a pool of blood and later he succumbed to injuries. Police have registered a case and started an investigation.
