KARACHI: Rain with hailstorm turned weather of Karachi pleasant in wee hours of Monday after clouds secretly gathered over the port city.
The first winter rain of the season coupled with hailstorm for the metropolis began in DHA, Clifton, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Shara-e-Faisal and Malir, bringing the mercury down. Meanwhile, the meteorological office has forecast more rain for Karachi, saying intermittent rainfall will continue for another day, adding that the weather in the city on Monday would be partly cloudy and the minimum temperature would range between 10 and 14 degrees Celsius.
Met office said that Siberian winds would likely to continue in Karachi until afternoon, may increase up to 45km/h.
