Pakistan has been the most dangerous country for journalists in the world, with a number of journalists killed in last few years. Especially the year 2014 was the worst ever in the history of Pakistan for media with the highest number of casualties as 14 journalists, media assistants and bloggers were killed for their work and dozens were injured. Unfortunately, Pakistan has been ranked the fourth most dangerous country in the world for journalists, with a total of 115 killings since 1990.
