Jammu: In occupied Kashmir, an Indian army official was arrested with heroin worth Rs 400 million in the international market, a top police officer confirmed.
Inspector General of Police S D Singh Jamwal while presenting him before the media in Jammu said, “The man was arrested yesterday and eight kilograms of pure quality heroin worth Rs 40 million in the market, bearing Afghan markings, was found in his possession.”
