Jehlum Valley: Prime Minister Azad Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Mohammad Farooq Haider Khan has said that district Hattain is the Gateway to Srinagar and we have started development schemes in consideration of public needs without political discrimination within the State.
Addressing the occasion at the condolence reference organized in the memorial of Late Alhaj Zafar ullah Abbasi, by his nephew and the member of the legislative assembly Dr. Mustafa Bashir here on Saturday, Prime Minister paid tribute to Zafarullah Abbasi saying that he spent all his life in the service of the poor and needy, ‘‘we have long term family relations with the family of Zafarullah Abbasi, whose efforts were always to facilitate others.’’
Ex-Minister AJK Dewaan Ali Chughtai, Rafaqat Awan, Shaukat Javed Mir, Dr. Muhammad Arif, Ex- Chairman District Council Raja Imtiaz Ahmed Khan, and other nominal persons also addressed on the occasion.
PM AJK stated that this region have created a large number of political figures which have enriched the name of this region throughout the country, including my father Raja Muhammad Haider Khan and Sahibzada Muhammad Ishaq Zafar, Raja Latif Khan, Munshi Ali Gohar, Sardar Hameedullah Khan, Ali Khan Chughtai and others.
‘‘There is no one else superior around the globe but Allah and the Lord Almighty said in the Quran that those who live and work for the improvement of humanity remain alive forever; When Allah almighty gives authority, it would be obligatory that the leader should serve God’s creation by establishing political and social justice’’ PM AJK maintained.
Prime Minister reiterated that district Hattian Bala is the gateway to Srinagar and have its ideal location in this regard, adding that it is our responsibility to solve basic issues, ‘‘ issue of land building for university campus in addition of ensuring other basic facilities will be addressed before long’’ PM AJK added.
