Chikar: Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that Government of AJK is focused to plan new policies for the advancement of quality education; we are working for the establishment of firm justice system for public.
Prime Minister expressed these views on condolence reference held in remembrance of Ex- member legislative assembly Late Ch. Muhammad Abdullah hereon Monday.
Prime Minister honored tribute to late Ch. Muhammad Abdullah, He said that Muhammad Abdullah served for the development of this region; people like him are always remembered.
Mentioning to the status and development of Azad Kashmir, Prime Minister stated that Azad Kashmir got liberation after the martyrdom of thousands of lives, we have to honor those sacrifices. He said that Azad Kashmir has developed a lot after 1947. “Today, we have all kind of latest facilities in our territory” Prime Minister added.
Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister exhorted that everyone have to play their role for the development of the state, he said,” we are working to steer the economy of state on permanent stability; our ambition is to shape an environment centered on justice and merit system, neither have I supported favoritism nor I have any favorite.”
Prime Minister reiterated that Health Card will be obtainable to all districts of Azad Kashmir soon besides re-survey of Benazir Income Support Program which is in process and facilitation practice in this regard will be started soon.
“Provision of clean drinking water to far-flung areas is in our consideration. However, inductions through NTS, free emergency services, establishment of Family courts, Prime Minister Community Infrastructure Development Program will continue to serve masses.” , Prime Minister added.
Prime Minister thanked Chief Minister Punjab for the provision of rupees 1 billion 500 million, Rs. 750 million will be given as interest free loans to un-employed youth and rest are set as scholarship to deserving students who cannot afford educational expenses.
Prime Minister also admired the efforts of President Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif that he doubled the development budget of AJK, which has boosted the economy of the State.
