ISLAMABAD: (PR) According to IESCO spokesman, Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Chief Basit Zaman Ahmed chaired monthly progress review meeting of Islamabad and Rawalpindi Circle in IESCO Head Office Islamabad on 13-11-2017.
IESCO Chief said that field officers/staff should work aggressively regarding achievement of all targets and for provision of the best services to IESCO’s valued customers. Friendly relation’s among company and its customers is the key of success. He said that net metering is mega project and to promote it this is our prime responsibility to develop awareness among customers by using different mediums. He passed instruction to set net metering units on Sub Divisions level to facilitate the customer’s maximum.
SE’s, XEN’s and SDO’s briefed regarding their progress on account of line losses, recovery, anti-theft electricity Campaign, mobile meter reading accuracy, new connections and net metering connections.
IESCO Chief said that Ministry of Energy is keen to provide error free bills to customers therefor their will no compromise on over billing and wrong reading. By providing best services to our customers we can prove IESCO as leading/customers frindly Distributions Company.
IESCO chief directed all field officers to change such meters having poor conditions of glasses to get 100% clear pictures of meter reading. He directed all Deputy Commercial Managers to reconcile arrear with Govt departments and make it sure to get 100% recovery. He showed displeasure to those officers who could not achieved the targets. In the end IESCO Chief set targets for the month of November-17.
