ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) CDA has decided to introduce a modern Complaint Management System (CMS) for registration of complaints and grievances.
This state of the art and comprehensive complaint management system has been worked out by CDA Information Technology Directorate.
This modern system will work under CDA Chief Complaint Officer. One tracking number will be issued on every registered complaint. The citizens will be kept informed through this number about progress in respect of their complaints.
Every complainant will be kept aware about the further development in respect of his complaint through SMS, notification and E-mail.
