Islamabad: In the Imran Farooq murder case, Anti Terrorism Court has issued nonbailable arrest warrants of founder of MQM London Altaf Hussain and directed to present him before the court. The court has adjourned further proceedings till December 20 .
Last Wednesday the ATC judge Shah Rukh Arjmand held proceedings of Imran Farooq murder case in Adiala Jail. When honourable judge started proceedings the FIA prayed for more time to complete the documentations. The court has accepted the prayer of FIA and once again adjourned the proceeding for indicting the accused persons.
