ISLAMABAD : Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad today (Tuesday).
During the meeting, views were exchanged on security and regional situation.
Both the leaders discussed Pakistan Army’s professional preparations and the relations with India and Afghanistan in context of the amendments in the region.
The achievements of Operation Zarb-i-Azab were also reviewed in the meeting.
Furthermore, Army Chief and PM Nawaz also conversed over the recent decisions of new Trump administration and relations with US in the future.
