AJK PM directs for transparency in development projects

Muzaffarabad:  (Parliament Times) AJK Prime  Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan  while describing  Azad Jammu and Kashmir as the defense line of Pakistan said development in the state is part of Kashmir is tantamount to strengthen the defense of the country.

Addressing the participants of Cabinet Development Committee here on the other day he directed authorities to work with missionary zeal to complete the approved projects within specified time. He said that all development projects would be monitored and no delay or substandard construction work would be tolerated.. Stressing for transparency in development projects, Prime Minister said if we work with honesty and dedication liberated could be turned into a model state soon. Terming the forests of the state as precious national assets, the PM directed for demarcation of forests. He called for inclusive approach of the communities to safe guard the forests. Minister for Finance, Planning & Development Dr.Najeeb Naqi, minister for Education Barrister Iftikhar Gillani, minister for Works Ch Muhammad Aziz, Minister for Food Syed Shaukat Shah, Minister for Revenue Sardar Farooq Sakindar ,Chief Secretary Sultan Sakandir Raja, Additional Chief Secretary Development Syed Asif Shah, secretaries to government and head of departments attended the meeting.
